Sherwood Hire uses a range of 4x4 vehicles which enables us to be able to tow onto grass areas or fields. The ground does however, need to be firm and flat to set up the unit and ensure full functionality. If you are worried about tyre marks on the field then we can supply you with contact details of Trackway companies. If you have any queries, please contact us.

Once the equipment has been delivered and until it is collected, you are responsible for any damage, vandalism or theft of the equipment. In most cases, event and wedding insurance will include the cover of our toilets but if you have any questions please just give us a call and we will be more than happy to talk you through the process.

Sherwood Hire ensures that each unit arrives on-site with all the consumables needed from luxury hand soap to premium paper products. When our experienced service drivers drop off the luxury trailer they will show you where extra consumables are stored so you never need to worry about running out.

If you have a requirement for disabled access we have a range of units available depending on your budget. All of our disabled accessible units meet industry standards and provide baby changing facilities as well.

For private events we aim to deliver the unit one or two days before the event. The unit is usually collected the day after the event finishes. If you're constrained to certain times, then we will be happy to work with you but please be aware there could be an additional charge. For large public events, times will be agreed on a case by case basis with the event organiser.

We offer all of our services across the whole of the UK and we work frequently in the following areas – Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and South Yorkshire and the major towns and cities of Nottingham, Mansfield, Newark, Lincoln, Grantham, Chesterfield, Melton Mowbray, Loughborough, Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster.

Please contact us and let us know if you feel your delivery site may have size restrictions. Our expert technicians will then be able to evaluate whether the area is big enough and what access restrictions there may be prior to delivery. You can even email us with photos of the area to help with the evaluation.

Our luxury toilets and fridge trailers usually require a 13 amp electrical supply (mains or generator), the units are delivered and installed by our expert technicians who will test the unit prior to use.
